Tottenham Hotspur, founded in 1882, were the first winners of the Double in the 20th century (1961) and still trade on daring, attacking football. The new stadium replaced White Hart Lane on the same bit of north London earth. They have lived in Arsenal's shadow and inside their own nearly-men story for years.
